Abstract
Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between Employees commitment on employee’s performance in higher educational institute of Ahmedabad city. For any organization employee’s commitment & contribution is too important for success of organization. This study focuses on some universities & schools of Ahmedabad like silver oak institute, etc. the study also focuses on various factors which is affect to the employee’s performances. this study focuses on some factor of New Education Policy & it’s impact on employee’s work load. Organizational culture and employee commitment have become important factors in how performance outcomes are influenced. This study looks into how organizational culture and employee commitment affect employee performance in higher educational institutes of Gujarat State. Organizational culture refers to the shared values, beliefs, norms, and practices that shape employee behavior. It acts as a guiding framework within institutions. A supportive and inclusive culture promotes teamwork, trust, innovation, and motivation among staff. Employee commitment speaks to the loyalty and attachment employees feel toward their organization, showing their readiness to put in effort and stay aligned with institutional aims.
